WINTERLUDE 2026 was a Huge Success and Shows the Power of Collaboration.

Also, it must be said, thanks to the leadership and dedication of Marina Chambers, who is responsible for the activities file of our association. She is the one we see in the first photo with Lynn Palmer, secretary of the association and Robert Percy, former president of the association.

It seems important to me to highlight this great collaboration between the Township of Wentworth, the Dunany Country Club and our association. Three partners who pool their resources and work together to provide local residents and their children with a beautiful afternoon in the great outdoors on the gentle slopes of the Dunany Golf Course.

The following photos are there to testify to this.

France and I were in Quebec City for a funeral on that day and if I can offer you these photos of the event, I must thank Lynn Palmer who took most of them. Thank you so much, Lynn!. They are an eloquent testimony to the success of this event which attracted more than 60 people under a radiant sky.

This event would not be possible without the participation of the many volunteers. Think of those who baked the cookies, the snowmobile riders, those who prepared the cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. A big thank you to all these volunteers.

See you all next year, hoping that Mother Nature will be as benevolent as this year.
